Hosted by Langford Heights Developments, we are inviting you to attend an open house information session on January 25th 2024, to answer questions regarding the rezoning amendment of the R-2 (residential) portion of the Langford Heights Project.

Overview

Context & Proposal

Langford Heights Business Park is a master-planned development that completed its original rezoning on May 10, 2021.

This proposal is seeking an approximate 10-m zoning line adjustment to correct a historical mapping error from the previous zoning approval. This correction will facilitate the delivery of much needed R-2 family focused community housing.
